Doc's Fit
A doctor-founded medical apparel brand — scrubs, lab coats, footwear and accessories — rebuilt from a flat brochure page into a working storefront.

About the engagement
Doc's Fit is a locally founded medical apparel brand, started by a practising doctor, selling premium scrubs, lab coats, footwear and accessories. The original site looked the part but behaved like a poster: nothing could actually be browsed, filtered or bought. We rebuilt it as a real storefront with category navigation, product pages, search, cart, order tracking and an account area — then handled the SEO and stayed on as the growth consultation partner.
The challenge
The first version was a single dark landing page. A visitor could admire the brand but could not see a product, compare a size, check a price or place an order — every sale still had to happen manually over WhatsApp.
What we did
- 01Rebuilt the UI/UX from a one-page brochure into a browsable storefront with clear men's and women's paths
- 02Introduced category navigation, product search, wishlist, cart and checkout
- 03Moved from a dark, image-heavy hero to a bright product-forward layout with prices visible immediately
- 04Added order tracking, customer accounts and a help centre so post-purchase support stopped living in DMs
- 05Shipped on-page and product-level SEO, plus a blog and deals structure for ongoing organic reach
- 06Continued as consultation partner on merchandising, offers and growth
Outcome
A storefront customers can browse and buy from without a single message — with prices, categories and delivery promises visible in the first screen.
Scope of work
- UI/UX redesign
- E-commerce architecture
